A Body in Motion:
As soon as summer is over we have a tendency to slow down our body, and our level of energy goes down with
it.
The need for bikini body is no more important. We think that there is no need to continuous our diet, exercise and good healthy life style and we go back to those bad habits, eating late, eating unhealthy food and the trip to the gym goes down and down until we stop going. We need to rethink that a healthy life style should be a routine not a 3 month thing.

Morning pray
Very
early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the
house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed, (Mark 1:35,
NIV).
