Dietas Y Mas: A Body in Motion

A Body in Motion: As soon as summer is over we have a tendency to slow down our body, and our level of energy goes down with it. The need for bikini body is no more important. We think that there is no need to continuous our diet, exercise and good healthy life style and we go back to those bad habits, eating late, eating unhealthy food and the trip to the gym goes down and down until we stop going. We need to rethink that a healthy life style should be a routine not a 3 month thing.

This is my favor verse of the Bible because it show the love of God and what He was willing to give for us. His graces is all we need to be save.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
